The whole of Wembley is undergoing momentous change, with the iconic National Stadium at its heart. It is one of the biggest regeneration projects ever: over £40 billion is being invested.

The Stadium's graceful arch presides over a neighborhood where new shops, hotels, a leisure complex, and high quality bars and restaurants are flourishing. Arena Square and Wembley Arena, after their £32 million refurbishment, have already showcased some international names in the music and entertainment world.

And many other exciting leisure facilities are planned: swimming pools, a cinema complex, more shops, and a Continental-style café scene along a tree-lined Wembley Boulevard.

St Modwen’s major regeneration of Wembley Central, a mixed use scheme, is also making an important contribution to this dazzling new Wembley, a welcome addition to the busy High Road area and set to become a key destination in its own right.
